Megan and Evan's wedding at Salamander Resort in Middleburg last November was a blustery one. They held their ceremony outside in the culinary garden (my favorite spot at Salamander for ceremonies) and said their vows beneath a wooden arch covered in lush late autumn foliage and greens. Their day was natural and understated - but Megan's bouquet was anything but understated. Her bouquet was an oversized, dramatic mix of anemone, sahara spray roses, privet berries, astrantia, delphinium, quicksand roses, white majolika roses, and several types of eucalyptus, tied off with luxurious plant dyed silk ribbon from Silk & Willow in rich toned sapphire blue. I love that her bouquet picked up all the tones of the indigo and pheasant color palette (as seen on her mood board here.)
Thanks to the brilliant and kind Sarah Bradshaw for the beautiful photos!
